TG Group Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our growing development team. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our software initiatives forward. You will be directly involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from the initial conceptualization and design phases through to rigorous testing and the final deployment of applications. This position is essential for ensuring that our project implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication. You will assist in defining project scopes, creating detailed work breakdown structures, and tracking progress using industry-standard project management methodologies. Your ability to identify potential bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions will be key to the success of our projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of software development projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with technical teams to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication between developers, designers, and clients to ensure alignment.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Manage project documentation, including technical specifications and change logs.
- Support the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure software stability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager or in a similar role within the IT/software industry.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
