Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and manage daily Facilities Management (FM) operations to ensure optimal site functionality.
- Perform regular, thorough site inspections to maintain building standards and identify maintenance needs.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance projects.
- Manage on-site resources, including vendors, contractors, and service providers, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Handle tenant/client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and security compliance across the managed property.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on site performance, budget utilization, and operational progress for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management.
- Strong understanding of local building maintenance standards and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and professional accountability.
