Join Private Advertiser as a proactive Assistant Purchaser and become an essential part of our supply chain team! Tanggung Jawab
- Source and procure materials/equipment from qualified suppliers at optimal costs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and forecast procurement needs
- Prepare purchase orders and manage supplier contracts
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Analyze market trends and recommend cost-effective solutions
- Liaise with internal departments to align procurement requirements
- Resolve delivery discrepancies and quality issues with suppliers
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of purchasing or procurement experience
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Knowledge of logistics and inventory control principles
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
