- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and cost efficiency
- Analyze market trends and conduct cost-benefit analysis for procurement decisions
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock planning processes to align with demand forecasts
- Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring compliance with procurement policies
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline supply chain operations
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier negotiations and process improvements
- Generate procurement reports and KPIs for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing or logistics sector
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with proven track record
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and inventory metrics
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification advantageous
