- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining quality
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve favorable terms
- Monitor supplier performance and address any quality or delivery issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical specifications are met
- Manage inventory levels and lead times for mechanical parts
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and cost savings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of mechanical components and manufacturing processes
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Ability to analyze technical specifications and evaluate supplier capabilities
- Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or similar certification is a plus
- Experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry preferred
