- Oversee and improve quality control processes and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Develop and implement quality management systems and protocols

- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance management
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is preferred
- Proficiency in quality management software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
