Join VjANDEP Bakeshop as our Assistant QA/QC Supervisor and play a vital role in maintaining the exceptional quality that our customers have come to expect. In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all our baked goods meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and consistency. You'll work closely with our production team to implement effective quality control measures, monitor production processes, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in supervising the Quality Assurance team to ensure consistent product quality across all production lines
- Monitor production processes to identify and address quality issues in real-time
- Implement and maintain quality control standards and procedures for all baked goods
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials and finished products
- Document quality control activities and prepare comprehensive reports for management review
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and company quality standards
- Train and mentor QA team members on quality control procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with production team to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance in a food manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with ability to motivate team members
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
- Proficient in using quality control testing equipment and quality management software
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to production schedules
