- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and documentation

- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and findings

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality control or assurance
- Familiarity with IFS standards and quality management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in quality control software and reporting tools
- Knowledge of real estate and property management industry standards
