Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards.
- Conduct daily inspections and testing of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Support the investigation of non-conformances, customer complaints, and internal defects, utilizing root cause analysis tools like 8D or 5 Whys.
- Prepare and maintain accurate quality documentation, including inspection reports, control plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure ongoing compliance with automotive, medical, and data industry regulations.
- Assist in evaluating and qualifying new suppliers to ensure raw materials meet strict quality criteria.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (automotive), or ISO 13485 (medical) is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of quality inspection tools, measurement instruments, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficient in root cause analysis methodologies and continuous improvement techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
