Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Monitor daily operational performance and service quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead and participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer complaints, implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize logistics processes.
- Prepare detailed quality performance reports and present findings to senior management.
- Train and mentor operational staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to build a quality-centric culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role, preferably within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office Suite.
