Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Quality Assurance department to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Conduct internal audits, manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), and drive corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and Six Sigma projects to minimize product defects and improve manufacturing processes.
- Train and mentor quality assurance staff to ensure a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to prepare for and facilitate certification audits.
- Monitor supplier quality standards and conduct incoming material inspections to ensure raw materials meet specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles.
- Proficiency in using quality software tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Minitab, or statistical analysis tools).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Valid driving license is required for site visits and logistics coordination.
