- Prepare and coordinate accurate cost estimates following company guidelines
- Assist in developing bills of quantities and tender documentation
- Monitor project expenditures and forecast cost variations
- Conduct site visits to validate progress and cost-related data
- Analyze contractor claims and recommend cost-effective solutions
- Maintain comprehensive cost records and reporting systems
- Collaborate with project teams to implement value engineering strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
- 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management
- Proficiency in construction cost estimation software
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and procurement processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of local construction materials and market rates
- Professional license (optional but preferred)
