In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the daily operational success of our quarry site. You will work closely with the Quarry Manager to ensure that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance, and quality control. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Quarry Manager in overseeing daily operations and production schedules to ensure operational targets are achieved.
- Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors to maintain high levels of productivity and workplace efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and environmental standards.
- Monitor quality control processes to ensure extracted materials meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate regular maintenance schedules for heavy machinery and crushing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and oversee the loading and dispatch logistics.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quarrying, mining, or heavy civil construction operations.
- Strong knowledge of quarrying equipment, crushing plants, and drilling/blasting operations.
- Familiarity with DOSH regulations and local mining industry safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and resolve on-site operational challenges.
- Possession of valid professional certifications (e.g., Quarry Manager or Shotfirer certificates) will be considered a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational management software.
