- Assist in coordinating safety programs and initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance
- Support the preparation and maintenance of HSE documentation and compliance records
- Monitor workplace safety conditions and report potential hazards to management
- Help organize safety training sessions and awareness campaigns for employees
- Provide administrative support for general affairs operations, including scheduling and correspondence
- Assist in conducting safety inspections and audits across company facilities
- Contribute to the development and updating of safety protocols and procedures
- Support environmental compliance monitoring and sustainability initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices and regulations
- Basic knowledge of OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 standards is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive problem-solving approach with strong initiative
