Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Lead the design and operation of security controls to protect both IT and Industrial Control Systems (ICS/OT).
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, managing remediation efforts to close security gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the project lifecycle for critical infrastructure upgrades.
- Monitor and analyze security alerts, leading incident response efforts and forensic investigations when required.
- Drive organizational cybersecurity awareness through training programs and security communication initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with national cybersecurity regulations and energy sector-specific mandates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations, risk management, or governance.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or GICSP are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT and OT security convergence, specifically within the energy or utility sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in managing security governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to threat detection and risk mitigation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of explaining technical security risks to non-technical audiences.
