- Provide strategic commercial recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and business objectives
- Conduct initial negotiations with clients and strategic partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality and tourism industry
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hospitality or tourism industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in commercial strategy development and implementation
- Proficiency in market analysis and business planning
- Leadership potential with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages
