Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the R&D Manager in leading the department's strategy, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Supervise the end-to-end product development process, from conceptualization to commercialization.
- Conduct sensory evaluations, shelf-life testing, and pilot plant trials to ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Operations to streamline product launches.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of formulation logs, testing procedures, and experimental results.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product cost-efficiency and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in R&D within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong technical expertise in product formulation and food processing techniques.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and manage technical staff.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety management systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
