Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Resort Manager in daily operations oversight and strategic planning
- Supervise and train resort staff across all departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B)
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service excellence standards
- Manage inventory control, budget adherence, and financial reporting
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for operational needs
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Develop and implement staff training programs
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years resort/hotel management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in hospitality management software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Indonesian tourism regulations
- Ability to work in remote island environment
