Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in planning, organizing, and directing overall F&B operations
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant/bar staff during service hours
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Manage inventory control, ordering, and stock rotation
- Train and develop staff to maintain service excellence standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service complaints
- Conduct regular staff briefings and performance evaluations
- Assist in developing promotional activities and seasonal menus
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years in F&B management or supervisory role
- Proven experience in restaurant/bar operations
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
- Proficiency in F&B management software and POS systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Relevant hospitality certification preferred
