In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the daily operations of our BGC branch. From managing team performance to ensuring the highest standards of food safety and service quality, you will be the backbone of our floor operations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and service excellence.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor service and kitchen staff to maintain company standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, including food stocks, disposables, and operational supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and grace.
  • Monitor sales performance and labor costs to meet branch profitability targets.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
  • Assist in administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll reporting, and maintenance requests.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Deep understanding of restaurant operational workflows and inventory management.
