Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth by recommending and implementing data-driven promotions aligned with store sales strategies
- Supervise daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance
- Lead and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all touchpoints
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends and optimize operational efficiency
- Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and brand compliance standards
- Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on strategic planning and budget management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory systems, and POS technology
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
