Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations to ensure peak efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
- Oversee inventory management, stock orders, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations.
- Manage staff scheduling and floor deployment to ensure optimal labor costs and productivity.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and execute local store marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the F&B or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and back-of-house management software.
- A deep passion for delivering great food and exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Relevant certification in Food Safety and Hygiene is highly preferred.
