- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring seamless transitions between shifts and exceptional service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor service staff to maintain high performance and professional growth.
- Manage inventory levels, including food and beverage ordering and stock control to minimize wastage.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the establishment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with grace, ensuring every challenge is resolved to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales reports and operational data to improve efficiency and profitability.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an F&B supervisory or assistant management role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic back-office software (Excel, inventory management tools).
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations and workplace safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
