Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and mentor front-of-house staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer engagement
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure positive dining experiences and maintain brand reputation
- Monitor financial performance metrics including sales targets, cost control, and waste reduction
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours
- Implement health and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
