As the right hand to the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by ensuring seamless daily operations and fostering a positive team environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste and maximize cost-efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Enforce strict hygiene and safety protocols to comply with regulations.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Assist the General Manager in financial reporting and budget management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate or equivalent.
- High school diploma or vocational qualification in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer retention.
