We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the dynamic team at A.Taberna Foods Inc.. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment, ensuring that we maintain our reputation for excellence in customer service and culinary quality. You will play a key part in managing our talented staff and upholding the high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency that our guests expect.
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be the right hand to the General Manager, leading by example to create a welcoming atmosphere for both employees and patrons. You will ensure that every guest leaves satisfied while maintaining the financial health of the restaurant. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage and mentor staff, including scheduling, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste during service.
- Enforce strict cleanliness, hygiene, and safety regulations across all areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Handle financial duties such as sales tracking and cash handling with accuracy.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless coordination during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., TESDA, FDA standards).
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic accounting software.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (preferred).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG registration.
