Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth service flow and adherence to restaurant standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate waitstaff and bar teams to deliver superior customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, supply chain coordination, and waste reduction.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor daily sales reports, cash handling procedures, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the establishment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Senior Supervisor in a high-volume restaurant.
- Deep understanding of F&B operations, including POS systems and inventory management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive team culture.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
