Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing strategic marketing initiatives and recommending promotional activities.
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff, fostering a positive, productive, and engaging work environment.
- Ensure consistent adherence to Jollibee's stringent quality standards, food safety protocols, and exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in administrative tasks, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and HR-related duties.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also considered.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven supervisory or management experience in the food service or quick-service restaurant industry.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory control, cost management, and food safety standards.
- Ability to thrive and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and resolving issues effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
