As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing sales growth initiatives, managing day-to-day store operations, and developing our frontline staff. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to implement promotions, analyze store performance data, and foster a culture of high performance and service excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver world-class customer service and uphold brand standards.
- Develop and implement local store marketing strategies to drive sales growth and traffic.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and ensure minimal waste through strict food cost controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and health department regulations.
- Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Analyze daily sales reports and provide actionable insights to improve store operational efficiency.
- Handle customer concerns and escalations with professionalism to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in restaurant operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using MS Office for reporting and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
