Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operational activities to ensure smooth business performance.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
  • Assist in staff scheduling and performance management to optimize labor costs.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay (proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage).
