Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operational activities to ensure smooth business performance.
- Supervise, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
- Assist in staff scheduling and performance management to optimize labor costs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay (proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
