In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring that every guest experience is nothing short of exceptional while driving team performance and operational excellence.

As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to maintain our high standards for food quality, hygiene, and service efficiency. We are looking for an individual who leads by example, inspires staff, and possesses the operational savvy to manage inventory, scheduling, and cost control. If you have a keen eye for detail, a heart for service, and the drive to help us grow, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist in financial reporting, labor scheduling, and achieving daily sales targets.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance the guest experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and health department standards.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building guest loyalty.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic restaurant management software.
  • Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Resident of or willing to relocate to the Clark Freeport Zone/Pampanga area.
