Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring seamless service and quality standards
- Lead and train front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, and support team
- Monitor inventory management and supply chain efficiency
- Implement customer service protocols and handle guest feedback
- Collaborate with culinary team on menu execution and presentation
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Assist in financial performance tracking and budget management
- Develop staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Willingness to relocate to Samarinda, Pekanbaru, or Banjarmasin
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in basic POS systems and inventory software
