Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Restaurant Manager in executing daily store operations to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Implement and monitor local store marketing promotions to drive traffic and increase average check size.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor service crew members to ensure consistent operational execution and professional growth.
- Manage inventory levels, waste reduction, and cost control measures to optimize store profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to company standards regarding food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols (HACCP).
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage/quick-service restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with customers and staff.
- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management information systems.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Deep understanding of inventory management, P&L awareness, and store operation standards.
