Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operational activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality control, food safety, and cleanliness across the restaurant.
- Lead, train, and mentor service staff to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, tracking waste, and conducting regular audits.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
- Monitor sales performance and help implement strategies to drive revenue and control operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in restaurant operations or food & beverage management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Solid understanding of POS systems, inventory management software, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
