Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and train front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure positive guest retention.
  • Assist in managing inventory, monitoring stock levels, and implementing cost-control measures.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations.
  • Coordinate floor planning, staff scheduling, and shift handovers to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Support promotional events, marketing activations, and seasonal menu rollouts to drive sales.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership capability with a proven track record of inspiring and managing diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of food hygiene, safety practices, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor when managing high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • A genuine passion for food, beverage trends, and delivering top-tier hospitality experiences.
