Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and train front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional, friendly, and efficient service.
- Resolve customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure positive guest retention.
- Assist in managing inventory, monitoring stock levels, and implementing cost-control measures.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations.
- Coordinate floor planning, staff scheduling, and shift handovers to maximize operational efficiency.
- Support promotional events, marketing activations, and seasonal menu rollouts to drive sales.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership capability with a proven track record of inspiring and managing diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Solid understanding of food hygiene, safety practices, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor when managing high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
