Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and mentor front-of-house staff to maintain exceptional service standards
- Implement health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with food handling regulations
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and implement service improvement strategies
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and recommend operational adjustments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow and menu execution
- Assist in developing promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives
- Prepare performance reports and operational forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in full-service restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and POS systems
- Excellent conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Filipino
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media engagement
