- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory management, and workflow optimization
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Train, mentor, and supervise service staff to maintain high performance levels
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene compliance across all service areas
- Implement cost-control measures while maintaining operational efficiency
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Conduct regular quality checks for cleanliness, safety, and ambiance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in restaurant supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations and operational standards
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
