Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and mentor staff on service protocols, menu knowledge, and customer engagement techniques

- Monitor financial performance through cost analysis, waste reduction, and sales optimization

Kualifikasi
