Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless front-of-house performance.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor service staff to ensure consistent adherence to service standards.
  • Manage guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a resolution-oriented mindset.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee stock control procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and team development initiatives.
  • Analyze daily sales reports and assist in identifying opportunities to increase revenue and operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • A deep commitment to providing exceptional guest service and hospitality excellence.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operational procedures, including POS systems and inventory management.
