Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless front-of-house performance.
- Supervise, train, and mentor service staff to ensure consistent adherence to service standards.
- Manage guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a resolution-oriented mindset.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee stock control procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and team development initiatives.
- Analyze daily sales reports and assist in identifying opportunities to increase revenue and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A deep commitment to providing exceptional guest service and hospitality excellence.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operational procedures, including POS systems and inventory management.
