- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.

- Assist in the creation and management of the restaurant's budget and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management, supervisory, or leadership roles.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Familiarity with HACCP or food safety standards is a plus.
