Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the bar and lounge, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of bartenders and service staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Assist in developing innovative beverage menus and promotions in line with market trends and guest preferences.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations at all times.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue targets, labor costs, and beverage costs, and implement action plans to achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with the events team to deliver exceptional beverage experiences for banquets and VIP functions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, F&B, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume bar, lounge, or fine dining restaurant within a reputable hotel or stand-alone establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and current mixology trends.
- Possess a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ) and relevant certifications in alcohol service (e.g., SSA).
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze P&L statements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a guest-centric mindset.
- Flexible schedule, including willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
