Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high performance and service standards
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, cash handling, and POS system oversight
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by resolving inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Implement and maintain health/safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Coordinate with kitchen team for seamless order fulfillment and quality control
- Analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Assist in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in restaurant supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic accounting principles
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- College degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
