- Develop and implement sales-boosting promotions aligned with store-specific strategies and market analysis
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency
- Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels and cost-effective purchasing
- Train staff on product knowledge, service protocols, and brand standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or food service management
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales promotions
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations and operational best practices
