- Lead and mentor front-line staff to maintain exceptional customer service standards
- Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to operational protocols
- Train team members on menu knowledge, service procedures, and brand standards
- Monitor daily operations including inventory control and cash management
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with management to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards across all service areas
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or Shift Supervisor in QSR/Fast-casual dining
- Strong leadership and team development skills with ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak hours
- Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control
- High school diploma; degree in Hospitality/Management preferred
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic reporting tools
