Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end restaurant store operations to ensure smooth daily service.
- Develop and manage staff scheduling for kitchen and counter crews based on store traffic and peak hours.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and preparation standards to meet Yoshinoya’s global benchmarks.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering and waste control, to optimize food costs.
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to new and existing crew members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues to maintain high satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in computer operations (MS Office) and restaurant management software.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays.
- Deep understanding of food safety standards and operational efficiency.
