Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of progressive experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, inventory systems, and cost controls
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
