White Restaurant is excited to announce an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and passionate Assistant/Restaurant Manager to join our team at the brand-new Souper Tang outlet in Singapore's Central Region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional to be part of an exciting new venture from its inception.

As an Assistant/Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our new Souper Tang outlet. You will be directly responsible for overseeing daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and leading a dedicated team to achieve outstanding results. This role offers excellent exposure to the hospitality industry and the chance to shape the success of a new restaurant concept.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will contribute to strategic planning, implement operational procedures, and maintain the highest standards of service quality. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and protocols
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve performance targets and maintain high employee engagement and morale
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by monitoring service quality, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage inventory control, ordering processes, and stock management to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with Singapore's regulatory requirements
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with the management team on budgeting and cost control initiatives
  • Recruit, train, and develop new team members while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Coordinate marketing activities, promotions, and events to drive customer traffic and enhance brand visibility

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry
  • Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food service, inventory management, and financial controls
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Knowledge of Singapore's food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift work as required
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of making sound decisions under pressure
