Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead and mentor service teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and brand standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and creativity
- Monitor financial performance including cash handling, cost control, and budget adherence
- Implement health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain compliance standards
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive foot traffic
- Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of restaurant staff
- Collaborate with management team on strategic planning and operational improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years in supervisory role within F&B industry
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic financial literacy including inventory control and P&L understanding
