As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to drive outlet performance, mentor staff, and optimize operational workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and strict adherence to company SOPs.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the service staff to maintain high levels of hospitality and service quality.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, tracking waste, and conducting regular audits.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health department regulations.
- Assist in preparing staff duty rosters and ensuring optimal staffing levels during peak hours.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional dialects are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.
- Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene protocols, and HACCP standards.
- Professional, proactive attitude with excellent conflict resolution capabilities.
