Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
- Train, coach, and mentor junior staff members to maintain brand excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock while minimizing waste.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve feedback professionally to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Execute local store marketing initiatives to boost foot traffic and sales.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace health standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the F&B or fast-food industry.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Flexible schedule; ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and reporting.
- Positive attitude and high energy level suited for a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certification in Food Handling is an added advantage.
